Refund / Cancellation Policy

Every quotation shows its fee components separately, because each is treated differently on cancellation:

Service fees

our charges for the work in your agreed scope.

Government / statutory fees

amounts payable to an authority for your filing or application.

Professional fees

charges of a qualified CA, CS, Advocate or other authorised professional, where applicable.

Third-party costs

for example ad spend, domains, hosting or platform subscriptions, where applicable.

You may cancel an engagement by contacting us in writing (for example on WhatsApp). Please include your name, the service and the date of your quotation or payment.

Any refund depends on the stage of work completed before cancellation and on the terms of your quotation. We will explain the calculation to you before processing it.

Government / statutory fees and third-party costs that have already been paid to an authority or provider on your behalf are governed by that authority's or provider's rules, and cannot be refunded by us once paid.

A decision by an authority — for example an objection, rejection or delay — is outside our control. Fees are not refundable merely because an application was not approved, as approvals are never guaranteed.

Compliance and digital-marketing retainers run for the period stated in your quotation. Notice periods and the treatment of the current period on cancellation are set out in your quotation.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or to a bank account you confirm in writing.
